Customer Feedback: How KINGDELI bring value to cusomter

Customer A is a hardware distributor in Europe. He distributor hardware for door, window, kitchen and bathroom from China to his country. Some of his customers are in demand universal silicone sealant.

He met us at Canton Fair in October 2016, and visited our factory after the fair. He was satisfied with our facilities and management, and would like to had further business relationship with us.

However, he didn’t sell silicone sealant before. So he had no idea about the requirement of package and quality in his market. After he back to his countries, he sent us the pictures of the hot sales products in his market. After a survey, we recommend a acetic silicone sealant to him, and design the package based on the hot sales products in his market.

His first order was 7,200 pieces, and arrived at his warehouse after the Christmas Holiday. After two month, he sent us a repeat order for 12,000 pieces. The image below show his feedback after the first order.

From then on, his send us order every two months. In October, he sent me an order with 24,000 pieces.


Through our service and product, he expand his product line successfully.
